Engagement Programs & Events
Santa Monica, CA
At Fair Financial, I planned and led a comprehensive events and employee engagement programs designed to strengthen company culture, build morale, and keep teams connected to the brand. Based in Santa Monica, California, during the peak of our culture building, I managed a monthly budget of more than $250,000 while overseeing strategy, programming, logistics, vendor partnerships, communications, and on-site execution.
The program included company-wide celebrations, All-Hands meetings, holiday events, trade shows, leadership offsites, employee resource group initiatives, mentorship programs, leadership development experiences, and ongoing engagement activities. Each experience was designed to support business priorities while creating meaningful opportunities for employees to connect, celebrate, and feel invested in the company’s mission.
Leading these programs required close cross-functional collaboration, disciplined budget management, and the ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects at once. From concept through execution, I brought structure, creativity, and operational oversight to experiences that helped employees feel recognized, informed, and connected.
